1. Design phase: After that we start the graphics work of the jersey. During the proccess we
continuously discuss the partial results by email. The designing may take from 3 days to 1-2 weeks depending on the difficulty of the design and the amount running projects.
2. Production time: Production can begin once the design phase is complete and payment has been received. The production time is 4-6 weeks. Please, if you would like to receive the jerseys on a specific date, always let us know in advance.
You can order different styles of jerseys within one order (round neck, V-neck, classic collar, stand-up collar, and for collared jerseys, zippered or buttoned versions) at a uniform price that does not change.
There are no additional costs. The price of the jersey includes graphic costs, so the addition of different names is also included.
Yes, it is possible to place a “time critical” order for an additional fee. The surcharge is +4 EUR/1 item + express shipping fee on top of the base price of the product. In such cases, we will immediately take on your project and begin the graphic design and manufacturing process. It is important that you respond quickly to any questions that arise. Time-critical orders take 1-2 weeks to complete, including shipping. This does not constitute an offer, please inquire about the details by e-mail.
There is no minimum order quantity. If you only want one jersey for yourself, we will be happy to design and manufacture it for you!
It is not possible to indicate the thread color in the visual design. If you have a specific idea about the thread color, please write it down in all cases. Otherwise, you automatically accept the color we use. In case of reordering, please check the thread color, as it may differ from the previous one.
Our graphic designers work with CMYK color codes, and the colors displayed on our calibrated monitors match the finished products, as our printers also use CMYK color codes. However, every monitor has different color settings, so you may see different shades on your own home computer. Therefore, the colors on our screen and your screen may differ. This is a situation that we cannot change or correct. If you want a specific color, please let us know before production. We will agree on the CMYK color codes in advance and print a sample to avoid any misunderstandings.
The design phase continues until you are completely satisfied with the final result. There is no limit to the number of changes, because we want you to be completely satisfied.
We do not charge extra for modification requests. (For example, logo replacement, recoloring, or minor graphic modifications.)
Of course. The only requirement is that you send us the graphic elements in vector or high-resolution PNG format.
We only charge a design fee if the final order quantity is less than 10 pieces. The design fee can range from €50 to €150 gross. The graphic designer can give you preliminary information about this after you have described your requirements.
If the order quantity is less than 10 pieces and you have sent us the graphics, you may have to pay a design fee. This is because the quality of the graphic elements you have sent us is not sufficient and they need to be completely redrawn and vectorized. The graphic designer will always inform you of this in advance.
No problem, we will vectorize your logo and you will receive it in several formats so that you can use it in the future. The cost of this is €50 gross.

No. The design is your property, and ESA will share it on its website and social media platforms as a reference with your permission. We will only sell it to third parties if we receive your permission by email.
Yes, we work with a tiered pricing system. If you order multiple types of products, their partial quantities are added together, and we always take this into account in the price list.
Unfortunately not BUT! We put our heart and soul into every single design. We manufacture unique pieces, tailored exclusively to you. We do not mass produce, we use European raw materials and manufacture our products in a domestic workshop, paying our employees fair wages.
We take responsibility and repair any defects that are our fault. Whether it’s a sewing defect, a name defect, or a size defect. We always examine complaints about colors on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please read the answer to the question “Will the finished garment be the same color as the design sketch?”
Of course. If you are unsure based on the size chart, we can send you a sample. The fee for this is EUR 200 gross + shipping costs. We will refund the EUR 200 gross after we have received the sample back, or deduct it from the final amount if you place an order.
Yes. Due to previous negative experiences. We will send you a payment request immediately before starting production, and after the transfer, you will receive an invoice, and then we will start production.
Production time can be between 2-6 weeks after the design phase is complete. This depends on the size of the order and the current order backlog in production. If you have an important date by which you would like to receive your order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
It can take 1-5 days, depending on the country. Express shipping is always available, which can take 1-2 days.
